2015年7月1日，开始拍摄洋人街项目的第一天，我遇到了孙治国。他原是混江湖的“袍哥“，疯了后，一直在洋人街流浪，人称“洋人街皇帝”。
我经常和孙治国一起在游荡，洋人街在我心里变得越来越超现实，仿佛是《山海经》中所描绘的那个宇宙观模型的投射，是对升天梦境的另一种描述；而孙治国则是沟通天地的萨满。他往来于天柱、天梯，在三界中穿行，唯有他知晓通往地球之外的道路。

On July 1, 2015, the first day I started filming “The Alien Street” project, I met Sun Zhiguo. He used to be a gang. After he got mad, he has been wandering on Alien Street, known as the "Emperor of Alien Street."
I often wandered with Sun Zhiguo, and The Alien Street became more and more surreal in my mind, as if it was a projection of the cosmological model described in the Book of Mountains and Seas, which was another reflection of the ascension dream; and Sun Zhiguo became a shaman who communicates with heaven and earth. He travels in the Three Realms through heavenly ladder and heavenly pillar. Only he knows the way the way beyond the earth.
